1. Can I park my car at the London Cruise Terminal?
Yes, we have limited car parking at the cruise terminal which must be booked in advance to ensure we have space. All cars are locked in the car park to await your return and are under CCTV surveillance. We do not hold your car keys - you take them on holiday with you. return to top of page

2. Is it far from the car park to the Terminal?
No. All our car parking spaces are immediately adjacent to the Terminal so there is very little walking. return to top of page

3. What happens when I arrive at the Terminal?

If you are arriving by coach you will be set down immediately outside the terminal building and directed inside to wait in the passenger lounge ready for embarkation. Your luggage will be taken direct from the coach and will be waiting for you in your cabin on board the ship.

If you are arriving by self-drive car and wish to park for the duration of your cruise, you will be advised to park up temporarily whilst the porters take your luggage. Thereafter, you will be directed to a car parking space and asked to make your way to the passenger lounge to await embarkation. Your luggage will be waiting for you in your cabin on board the ship.

If friends are bringing you, your luggage will be taken by porters and you will be directed to wait in the passenger lounge ready for embarkation. Your friends may wait with you until embarkation and we will direct them to temporary car parking. return to top of page

4. What happens when we return?
Your luggage will be unloaded from the ship and will be ready for your collection in the baggage hall. Once you have identified your bags, you will exit via the Customs Hall and join your coach, a taxi, or your own or friend's vehicle. return to top of page

5. If we wanted to stay overnight, are there any hotels nearby?
Yes, there are a number of hotels close by. Please see the Hotels web page for further information. return to top of page

6. What facilities are available in the Terminal?

We have a refreshment kiosk that sells tea, coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches and other snacks. American Express provide a currency exchange service. We do not have any duty free facilities. return to top of page
