Car Parking
Car parking is located immediately adjacent to the Cruise Terminal and must be booked in advance. The car parking rate is £8.00 per night (inclusive of VAT).
MARCO POLO passengers should contact Cruise & Maritime Voyages on 01322 863928 to reserve a space and obtain a Parking Permit, which should be clearly displayed on the windscreen of your vehicle on arrival. All cars are in a secured car park.However, users of the car park do so at their own risk and the management will not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or damage.
Porters are available to unload your luggage on arrival, which will be taken on board to your cabin. When there is a high demand for car parking, passengers will be directed to an overflow parking area and a free shuttle bus will transport passengers to and from the Terminal.
Disabled Parking

Overflow Parking
When there is a high demand for car parking, an overflow car parking area within the Port will be allocated and a free shuttle bus supplied to transport passengers to and from the Terminal.
Coaches
If you are arriving by coach, you will be set down immediately in front of the Terminal building and directed inside to wait in the passenger lounge for embarkation. Your luggage will be taken directly from the coach and will be waiting for you in your cabin on board ship.
Independent Passengers
If arriving by taxi, or friends are bring you, your luggage will be taken by the porters and you will be directed to wait in the passenger lounge until embarkation. Please note there are no facilities for visitors to wait in the Cruise Terminal but there is a viewing area from the Tilbury/Gravesend Ferry boarding area of the landing stage further downstream, should you wish to watch the cruise vessel depart. (This viewing area is closed on Sundays)
Hire Cars
If you are travelling by hire car and your vehicle is being collected by the Hire Company, you will need to hand over the keys to the Hire Company Representative personally. Please note hire cars may not be left at the Cruise Terminal for collection.

Kiosk
The refreshment kiosk in the lounge sells hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Baggage Hall
Returning passengers' luggage is unloaded from the ship, ready for collection in the Baggage Hall. Once you have identified your luggage, you will be directed to the exit via the Customs Hall to join your coach, taxi or private car
.
Disabled Facilities
The London Cruise Terminal is a single storey building occupying a level site and is suitable for disabled passengers, including wheelchair users.
No Smoking Policy
In accordance with the Health Act 2006, London Cruise Terminal is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted in the building and, for security reasons, passengers are unable to leave the Lounge once they have checked in.
